3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
Payment is due at the time of order placement. Gift cards may be applied at checkout as partial or full payment. Any remaining balance after gift card application must be covered by another accepted payment method.
4. Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is described on our Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these Terms. Items returned in accordance with our policy will be refunded to the original payment method. Gift card refunds are issued as store credit.
6. Gift Cards
Velvet Dayware gift cards have no expiration date and are not refundable for cash. Gift cards are transferable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Velvet Dayware or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
