Shipping

Where we ship

Velvet Dayware ships to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee. The fee is calculated based on your shipping address and order weight.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprise charges.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package through the carrier's website.

Returns

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to initiate a return

Contact us at info@velvetdayware.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We'll provide a prepaid label in cases of our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Gift card payments are refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, the simplest approach is to return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want without waiting for an exchange cycle.

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product listing.
